Eric Dodson, President/General Manager
Eric Dodson has served as Dodson Technical Services, Owner/President since 2002. Eric has been actively involved in all aspects of the testing industry for over 25 years. Starting out as a vibration tech in 1979, Eric moved his way up through management and engineering in both the aerospace and automotive test industries. Eric worked at Ling Electronics as manager for the Field Service and Test departments for 3 years before leaving in late 2002.
Chad Yackel, Service Engineer
Chad Yackel has served as Dodson Technical Services, Service Engineer since April of 2003. Chad started in the vibration industry in 1992, working for Ling Electronics. Working in shipping and then moving into production, assembling shakers, amplifiers, transducers, cooling units, switchers, and power converters, Chad then learned to run and trouble shoot vibration test systems and moved into field service. After SatCon shut down Ling Electronics in California, he came to work for Dodson Technical Services.
Roy Johnson, Service Engineer
Roy Johnson has served as Dodson Technical Services, Service Engineer since March of 2004. Roy has been in the vibration industry since 1979, with extensive experience in seismic data acquisition. In 1995 he obtained a degree in electronics and worked as a design, test and worldwide service engineer for a major manufacturer and supplier of seismic recording equipment. Roy worked at Ling Electronics for 2 1/2 years as midwest region service engineer based in Houston, Texas and then for short time at ACG in Connecticut. Roy moved to Brea, CA in early 2004 to work for Dodson Technical Services.
Margaret Dodson, Office Manager
Margaret Dodson has served as Dodson Technical Services, Office Manager since March of 2004. Margaret worked in the medical and insurance industries while completing her degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton. Margaret has developed a solid relationship with our customers through hard work, pleasant attitude and attention to detail.
